WARRANTY
Harmony Mutimedia's products are warranted to be free from
manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and any
defective disc will be replaced at no charge when returned
to an authorized HARMONY dealer. Such replacement is your
sole remedy and there shall be no liability on the part
of HARMONY, or its dealers for any loss or damage, direct,
consequential or otherwise. This warranty is in lieu of
all other warranties, express or limited, including warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear or to damage
resulting from accident, misuse, abuse or neglect. Some
jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of limition of
incidental or consequential damage, or any express or implied
warranties, so the above limitations or exclusion may not
apply to you.
CAUTION
IN OPERATION
1.
When handling the disc, be sure not to leave any scratches,
fingerprints, dust or dirt on the recording surface. When
the disc gets dirty, wipe with a soft dry cloth or with
a CD cleaner, available from audio stores. Never use benzine,
thinner, anti-static agent or LP cleaner.
2. To write on the disc, use a felt-tip pen with oil-base
link. Do not use ball point pen. Do not write anywhere
other than on the title column and do not attach any label
on the disc.
3.
Do not store the disc in a place subject to direct sunlight,
high temperature or high humidity. When the disc is not
in use, it should be stored in it's case. The disc should
be handled carefully, taking care not to drop or apply
force to it. Do not attempt to straighten out a disc by
force.
