WARRANTY
Harmony Mutimedia's products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and any defective disc will be replaced at no charge when returned to an authorized HARMONY dealer. Such replacement is your sole remedy and there shall be no liability on the part of HARMONY, or its dealers for any loss or damage, direct, consequential or otherwise. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or limited, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or to damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse or neglect. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of limition of incidental or consequential damage, or any express or implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you.

CAUTION IN OPERATION
1. When handling the disc, be sure not to leave any scratches, fingerprints, dust or dirt on the recording surface. When the disc gets dirty, wipe with a soft dry cloth or with a CD cleaner, available from audio stores. Never use benzine, thinner, anti-static agent or LP cleaner.

2. To write on the disc, use a felt-tip pen with oil-base link. Do not use ball point pen. Do not write anywhere other than on the title column and do not attach any label on the disc.

3. Do not store the disc in a place subject to direct sunlight, high temperature or high humidity. When the disc is not in use, it should be stored in it's case. The disc should be handled carefully, taking care not to drop or apply force to it. Do not attempt to straighten out a disc by force.
